Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns:

  1. Time Frame: We accept returns within 3 days upon arrival.

  2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  3. Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at americansolar01@gmail.com. We will replace the item as soon as possible.

  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:
